Hello to my current and future patients! Here’s the latest update on my transition to Parkview:
I will officially join Parkview on Monday, October 6th.
In the meantime, existing patients can continue scheduling appointments online or by calling 260-800-2140 as usual. All scheduled appointments will simply be transferred over to the Parkview schedule once I begin seeing patients there on Monday 10/20- no extra steps needed on your part at this time.
Beginning October 20th, new and return patients will need to call Parkview Integrative at 260-425-5970 to schedule appointments.. Once you have a MyChart profile set up, you’ll be able to book online. More details will be emailed out shortly.

Dr. Warner is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Indiana and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She commonly uses acupuncture to help neck pain, back pain, headaches/migraines, sinusitis, stress/anxiety, as well as help clients with post-op pain or swelling. Dr. Warner is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Indiana and is board-certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master’s degree in Acupuncture from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, where she also received her doctor of chiropractic degree. While completing her Master’s degree, Dr. Warner worked in a clerkship program at Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Illinois, where patients were treated with acupuncture for pain management. She also completed an internship at her school’s Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder clinic, which provided free acupuncture to military veterans and their families. Prior to graduate school, she received her bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH, where she studied Mass Communication and Nutrition.
Dr. Warner is also a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM). This additional board certification enhances her ability to work closely with fertility specialists and couples preparing to undergo IUI/IVF procedures.
